Serves 1

1 scoop chocolate glow shake powder

1/3 cup oats

3 tbsp water

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 egg

1 tsp peanut butter (for topping)

 

Method

Add all the ingredients except the peanut butter to a blender and blend into a smooth batter.
Grease a small microwave-safe dish with coconut oil spray, then pour in the batter.
Microwave for 2.5 minutes.
Top with peanut butter and enjoy!
