Ingredients:

300ml unsweetened almond milk
100ml water
2 scoops of Vanilla Milkshake Glow Shake
2 teaspoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of Mavella “All Things Blue”

A handful of frozen blueberries 

Method:

Blend all ingredients until smooth for a refreshing and energising drink.

Blueberry Collagen Yoghurt Parfait

Ingredients:

170g Greek yoghurt
2 scoops of Vanilla Milkshake Glow Shake
1 cup of fresh blueberries
A dash of cinnamon

Method:

Mix the yoghurt and Glow Shake until bended well
