Ingredients (Makes 1 serve)

½ avocado
185g tuna (in springwater)
1 tbsp light cream cheese spread
2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
2 tbsp fresh tomato, diced
2 tsp sriracha
3  light Cruskits (or other light crispbread)

Method

Add avocado, tuna, light cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning to a bowl and mash together.
Spread the mixture evenly across 3 Cruskits and top with diced tomatoes, and sriracha.
