Zucchini Omelette

A light, protein-packed omelette filled with sautéed zucchini and melted cheddar cheese—perfect for a nourishing start to your day. Paired with our refreshing Tropical Punch Beauty Greens for an extra boost of nutrients and glow from within.

Ingredients

1 zucchini, thinly slice
1/4 brown onion, thinly sliced
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 eggs
25g cheddar cheese, grated
1 serving Tropical Punch Beauty Greens
1 glass water

Method

Heat a medium pan over medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil.
Sauté the zucchini and onion for 3–4 minutes until soft. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spray the pan with oil again, then pour in the egg mixture, tilting to evenly cover the base. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the sautéed zucchini and onion to one side of the omelette, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and fold the omelette over.
Cook for another minute until the cheese melts and the omelette is fully set. Transfer to a plate.
Mix the Tropical Punch Beauty Greens into a glass of water until fully dissolved, and serve alongside the omelette.
