Are yoghurt bowls flooding your ‘For You’ page? Same here! In true TCC style, we had to jump on this trend with our own twist. As a dietitian, I often recommend yoghurt because it uniquely balances protein, carbohydrates, and fat, making it a nutritious snack or a great addition to mixed meals. Plus, it’s packed with calcium and probiotics, which support bone health and gut health—both vital for overall wellness.

What sets our yoghurt bowl apart is the addition of The Collagen Co’s Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides (HCPs). I chose the unflavoured variety to keep the vanilla yoghurt’s taste intact, but feel free to experiment with different collagen and yoghurt combos. Adding collagen is an easy way to boost protein content, helping balance blood sugar, stabilize mood and energy, and keep you fuller for longer.

Collagen is the star ingredient here, known for supporting hair, skin, nails, and joints. The Collagen Co’s HCPs deliver 15g of collagen and less than 1g of sugar per serve, so you’ll notice benefits quickly! To top it off, I added granola for crunch, fruit for antioxidants like vitamin C, a drizzle of peanut butter for healthy fats, and chia seeds for omega-3s, providing nourishment and hydration for the skin.

Here’s how you make it…

Ingredients

250g high protein yoghurt
1 serve The Collagen Co’s Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides, unflavoured
½ green apple, sliced
3 strawberries, sliced
¼ cup of granola
1 tsp of peanut butter
1 tsp of chia seeds

Method

Mix together the yoghurt and collagen until smooth
Top with granola, fresh fruit, peanut butter and chia seeds
Enjoy immediately
