Made with ripe mangoes, creamy yogurt, and a hint of sweetness, they’re a simple and healthy treat-perfect for warm days. Deliciously fruity and easy to make!

Ingredients

250g frozen mango, defrosted

1/2 cup plain protein yoghurt 

2 scoops mango passionfruit collagen 

2 tbsp water, to blend

Method

Add everything to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into 6 popsicle molds and freeze overnight to set. Enjoy!
