Ingredients (makes 9)
2 scoops Cinnamon Churro Glow Shake
1 cup self-raising flour
1/4 cup plain protein yoghurt
1/2 cup milk of choice
To Coat
1 scoop

1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method
Preheat oven to 160°C and grease a doughnut mold with oil.
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir to form a thick batter.
Divide the batter into the
doughnut molds and gently tap to flatten.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
In a shallow bowl, mix the glow shake powder with the cinnamon.
Transfer the
doughnuts to a cooling rack, lightly spray with oil, and then toss in the cinnamon mixture to coat.
