Get ready to elevate your lunchtime routine with these delicious Chicken Halloumi Wraps. Complemented by a refreshing garlic yogurt sauce infused with unflavoured collagen for an added health boost, this recipe is both flavourful and functional.

Ingredients

200g chicken breast, cubed

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Salt and pepper

4 slices reduced-fat halloumi

2 low-carb potatoes, cut into chips

Olive oil spray

2 coles wraps

Garlic Yoghurt Sauce

1 tbsp plain protein yoghurt

1 scoop unflavoured collagen

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tsp lemon juice

Pinch of salt

Method

Toss the chicken in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, and spray with olive oil. Cook in a small pan over medium heat until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Cut the potatoes into chips and cook over medium heat with a little oil and salt for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Cook the halloumi for about 2 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
Mix the garlic yoghurt sauce ingredients together.
Divide the garlic yoghurt sauce between the flatbreads, then add some chips, chicken, and 2 slices of hot halloumi to each one. Bring the bottom up and then fold the sides in tightly. Serve immediately.
