Made with dark chocolate, naturally sweet pears, and a boost of Unflavoured Collagen, it’s the ultimate guilt-free indulgence. Smooth, creamy, and packed with antioxidants, it’s perfect for when you crave something sweet and nourishing.

    Ingredients (serves 4)

    3 medium pears, peeled and cored
    250g dark chocolate
    4 scoops Unflavoured Premium Collagen Peptides

    Method

    Cook the pears – Peel, core, and chop the pears. Boil in water for 10 minutes until soft, then drain.
    Melt the chocolate – In a heatproof bowl over a saucepan with simmering water, melt the dark chocolate on low heat.
    Blend – Add the cooked pears, melted chocolate, and collagen to a blender. Blend until smooth.
    Set – Pour the mixture into a small cake tin or dish and top with any leftover melted chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
    Serve – Dust with cacao powder if desired and enjoy!
