Ingredients (Serves 1):
Lava Cake
2 scoops Salted Caramel Glow Shake
1 egg
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Toppings
10g dark chocolate
2 tsp Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
Method:
In a small bowl mix protein powder, egg, baking powder, almond milk and maple syrup.
Add ingredients to a ramekin and top with chocolate. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180oC.
Remove from oven and top with caramel syrup.
