Tis the season for hot cocoa, Holiday parties, and white elephant gift exchanges! I have received quite a few requests in particular for the best white elephant gifts under $30. Items that can appeal to a wide range of women and are tried and true favorites.
While putting together this list I immediately thought of one of the group texts I am a part of.
