Banana Protein Pancakes

Start your day with fluffy Banana Protein Pancakes! Packed with protein and natural sweetness, they’re a delicious, nourishing way to fuel your morning and keep you energised.

Ingredients (serves 2):

Pancakes

1 Banana
2 Eggs
2 Scoops Vanilla Glow Shake Collagen Co.
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Toppings

2 tbsp YoPro Vanilla Yoghurt
10 Raspberries
2 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Method:

In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
Crack the eggs into the bowl and whisk together with the mashed banana until well combined.
Add vanilla glow shake, maple syrup and chia seeds to the mixture and stir until fully combined.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with a small amount of oil or butter. Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan, forming a pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with a dollop of yoghurt, fresh raspberries, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
