1 lower carb high protein pizza base
3 tbsp sugar free BBQ sauce
1 handful chopped baby spinach
1/4 red onion, sliced
1/4 red capsicum, thinly sliced
75g shredded cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup mozzarella, grated
Collagen drink:
1 scoop watermelon collagen, per person
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the pizza base on a round pizza tray.
Spread with the sauce, then top with spinach, onion, capsicum, chicken, and finish with the cheese. Bake for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the collagen to a glass of cold water and stir to dissolve.
